Fantastic experience: Very caring staff. Did everything with my dogs best interests first. Left medication in locked box for me to collect to reduce her suffering. And rang several times to get an update - until I could report she was running around, eating, drinking and going outside to toilet again. And also didnt bat an eye when I asked to afterpay

Fantastic experience: Appreciate our local vet team so much. They have looked after our two Jack Russells incredibly well and have kept them going into their more senior years. They always help us out with last minute appointments.

The shop front has a good selection of quality pet food, off the shelf medicines, pet toys, treats, grooming accessories. They even cover the rural sector for animal care. The odd emergency appointments we've needed, it was no problem for them. My labrador goes a bit mad and excited visiting here - so that's good

Fantastic experience: Took my old dog in for his annual dental and I was really stressed about his age and how he would be under anesthesia. The receptionist brought me over some tissues and listened to my concerns. Then I spoke with Leslie who told me she would be doing the anesthesia and she was really lovely and put me at ease. When I picked my dog up she came out to see me and I gave her a hug. Really lovely caring staff here who understood the bond I have with my dog and didn't make me feel embarrassed about it.

Jon is, hands down, the best vet to ever exist. He has this rare gift of humanising every moment — treating both you and your pet with such compassion, clarity, and humour that you leave feeling genuinely supported (and often smiling, even in the chaos). We’re so grateful to have a clinic that treats our pets like family.

Negative experience: Disgraceful admin service. Not helpful not willing to help, Very rude talking to you like you know nothing. Have dealt with great vets all my life TVS are not it.

Negative experience: Great vets, but admin staff provide extremely poor service. Communication is so bad my furbaby was left in their freezer for 3wks. Absolutely rude and disrespectful

We came back from 2 days away to our boarder collie Fern coughing and heaving with no energy at all she spent 4 nights there and we were treated with so much compassion as well as Fern. She is home now finishing her medicine and is almost back to the way she was. Thank you TVS

Fantastic experience: I have had animals most of my rather long life, well getting there anyway. Including horses, so have had to use vets a lot. At the moment I just have my 4 cats. One in particular is not well. I am so impressed by the caring nature of the vets. Their expertise and their explanation to you on what they are doing and giving you options of what you would like done is second to none. Also giving you a leaflet to remind you on what your cat has and reminding you when to give the medication is excellent, as at times you are upset and not taking everything in. Certainly one of the best Veterinary services I have used. Thank you so much, from Isabel and Panda

Stop credit for no reasin on account held over 9yrs never gone to debt collection etc. New rules..IF YOU ARE NOT A FARMER. YOU DONT COUNT . ALSO ABOUT THE ONLY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COUNTER STAFF ...SANDY. REST ACT LIKE YOU ARE PUTTING THEM OUT HAVING TO SERVE YOU. GOSSIP AND JUDGEMENT
