Fantastic experience: Ngà mihi nui kia koutou..My Ngeru caught Cat flu, 2wks of going back n forth, I endured his hatred of being stuck in the house & getting poked n prodded, n pills shoved down his waha, to him escaping, n sneaking in & out so I couldn't catch him, what a circus..you guys did follow up calls to see how he's doing, "that's real service"..today he got a slow release jab where I no longer have to be the monster, ya!!!.Guess the jab is working, his tail is up and he's asleep next to me..p.s it's 10.55pm ano hoki Nga mihi nui kia koutou. Love my NGERU..BRUDDA

Fantastic experience: No one likes vet visits, but when you need one, this is the place to go. Even my dog knows that the people here will treat her well and gets somewhat excited when we pull up

Fantastic experience: I have not used them before as I go to another vet with my other pets. I went there to take someone else’s dog and I was seriously impressed. The vet was very thorough, explained everything well and let me know what the next steps might be. I knew exactly what to do. I had further questions a few days later and he made himself available to come talk to me personally. I did not expect a response so promptly. Keep up the good work Vets 4 Pets.

Fantastic experience: Alex is an absolutely amazing vet with a wealth of knowledge. I absolutely love how our Dog Sage has come leaps and bounds with her high excitement and my lack of control as an owner. He has taken the time to teach me as an anxious owner to be much more confident.

Negative experience: Will never use this vet again. 26 hours after being there and my cat is gone. Will never recommend. Vet new nothing about animal after she has always used that vet. Vet felt like a sales man not a vet just pushing diets and meds. Cat tryed to boop his as a thank you and he pushed her away.

Fantastic experience: When I found out Vets for pets had my beautiful Lilly Bean which had passed away, they made it so I could go and see her and spend time with her. They were so understanding, and their support was overwhelming. I had Lilly cremated and waited till I could pick her up. When I picked up Lilly their heart felt apologies were so sincere they felt what I felt. From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank them for looking after Lilly, god bless you and thank you.

We came down from Auckland as my family are in New Plymouth and the whole surgery experience was very professional and caring, all the information was given up front and there were know surprises, unlike what I had experienced in Auckland. I would like to give a special thank you to Suzie who cared for him over the New Year weekend keeping us informed every 4-6 hours on his progress. Suzie you went above and beyond with your compassion and love for Lloyd. Thanks to Jasper and his team for the surgery. I can not recommend Vets for Pets enough. A shame we dont live alttle closer for any future visits. Thanks Team Steph, Paul and Lloyd

Fantastic experience: Amazing service! Would 10/10 recommend coming to vets4pets if you want your companion to come 1st and be treated like you would treat them at home! Sadly I had to get my cat euthanised but their service throughout this procedure was above and beyond, I was made to feel as comfortable and at ease as humanly possible considering the situation! Couldn’t recommend enough!

There is so many new faces, only ones I recognised was Catherine and Alex. But we saw Sheila and she was awesome. Truly missed Helen though lol. Also met a new lady at reception a South African and she was very nice as well. Take are guys. Will pop in with Thandie sometime so she can say hello.
