Fantastic experience: Not my usual vet but I had an emergency situation with a cat I found on the side of the road and they saw me straight away and were very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at St Aubyn have been awesome to our dog Rusty. She's just had to stay for a week with them due to becoming ill. From the time she got there they updated us regularly. Let us come in for visits and gave her the upmost care. They diagnosed her and helped her back to health. We almost lost our dog this week but thanks to you guys we have her back. Thanks team! Fantastic experience: Shout out to the ladies at the St Aubyn Vets! I witnessed a seagull get hit by a car today and suffer what looked like a broken wing right outside the clinic. Not being able to catch it I walked into the clinic to ask for help. They rushed straight out and caught the seagull and took it back inside. Such kindness and compassion shown, a credit to their workplace, and absolutely the type of people you would want looking after your pets!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking all my cats to St Aubyn Veterinary Clinic from the first cat I had and that has been a few years. I breed British Shorthair cats for awhile and it I had any problems they were always ready to help no matter what the time of day it was. All the Vets have treated them as if they were one of their own even through the hard times of having to send them to Pet Heaven to be with all their mates. The service is spot on from all the staff even the Clinic animals when they have been there. Would recommend very highly for personal service.

Fantastic experience: I could not have been more delighted with our first visit to St Aubyn Vetinary Clinic. We have transferred from Wellington and there was a bit of a mixup with our appointment however the staff were very kind and fitted us in. Wendy (our vet) was absolutely wonderful, taking the time to calm my Spoodle. She also was thorough in her examination and explanation. It was a 5 star experience. I feel incredibly thankful to be under such great care for my beloved old dog. Thank you to all the staff.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience at this vet on the day of my trip. Since I got my Toy Poodle puppy. I trusted that they would give all the vaccines for her like I ask them even I paid for the leptospirosis vaccine. When I had to leave her to travel I confirmed a week before if the dog was safe to go to a kennel. Even the owner of the kennel talk with them by phone. They told me she could, my question was clear. The important vaccine was missing as she was insisting at the phone with the kennel lady that the vaccines were enough. Afetar other person was on the phone to answer for that with me. I’m very disappointment of knowing that she did not have the kennel cough vaccine good to go. The lady at the kennel was very nice, but she had to leave my dog in a cat's area, so I left her to stay isolated the whole weekend in a very little cage , because she didn’t have the most important one to go to a kennel because of this vet place.I’m very disappointed and upset. Their excuse is that there must have been some reason why she did not have the vaccine, detail that my dog ​​is 7 months old and arose walking around on all sides. I’m very desapointed. I switched Energy Vet animals in Inglewood to this vet a few months ago, my other dog who is 11 months old has the vaccine and has never been to a kennel before he has all the vaccinations without me having to beg. Even though I live in New Plymouth I will not mind driving to Inglewood and going back to the vet I had.
