Fantastic experience: A heartfelt thank you to the Kauri Vet Team I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at Kauri Vets. I had to bring in an elderly cat I had inherited when a family member moved into an aged care facility. When the time came to say goodbye to Lucy and send her to cat heaven, the compassion and care shown by the team meant more than I can express. They were incredibly accommodating, making time for me at the end of the day, to ensure Lucy didn’t have to suffer through another night. What an absolutely awesome, caring team. Fantastic experience: Had to leave a review as we had a wonderful experience with Natalie and Kim. We are not locals and despite: calling late on a Friday, being a 40 minute drive away, and asking to be seen immediately, they told us to come in. Natalie and Kim were lovely and accommodating and had us in and on our way home in less than an hour. Our dog is feeling so much better and we’re so relieved, they made a stressful emergency situation much easier. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My dog was so sick and me not registered to a vet yet, I went into Kauri Vet hoping they could help being late in the day. I was greeted with nothing but a caring and sympathetic assistant. After explaining etc she saw the vet on duty. She came out to my car, check Charlie (dog) and took him inside. Long story short 2hrs I pick up with staff being so caring and thoughtful and today Charlie and I went 4 a walk. Great caring staff and a very very clean facility. Recommend to you anytime

Negative experience: The staff are extremely discriminatory to us proudly non vaccinated, non mask wearing Kiwis. Enjoy your quarterly booster shots you animals :)

Fantastic experience: When my furbaby became sick we took him to another vet who was only interested in cutting him open. Kauri vets took time to really listen to our concerns. And treated him while doing tests hsn't 100 percent yet but he's getting better every day. Highly recommend this wonderful little practice.

Fantastic experience: Tonight's trip was an out of hours visit (8pm) for an emergency. Andrew was the on call vet. All I can honestly say is that Andrew was the most incredibly empathetic, gentle, honest vet who made the absolute worst outcome the "best" he could.

Negative experience: Just got off the phone from Kauri vets looking for prices. The lady was rude, cut me off and didn't want to hear anything I had to say besides which vet we had come from. Fair enough you don't take any other dogs that's seen another vet but you could have been polite about it instead of just cutting me off and hanging up the phone. And I've herd the nicest reviews so thought I'd call here first. Definitely not friendly, when I was nothing but polite.
