Fantastic experience: I have not been here but they referred me to a fantastic surgeon at Phoenix animal wellness who took care of my fur baby after a previous issue elsewhere so great service I appreciated the time taken to assist me in my search, her cruciate surgery went very well thanks to Piano & Phoenix Vets photos are same day as op and day after, amazing!

Negative experience: Very disappointed after years of loyalty to this clinic to suddenly be hit with a massive after hours bill twice as much as normally charged and expected to pay part within 24 hours with no actual diagnosis for my poor horse and very rude unsympathetic staff when I got upset about the charges and queried them . Will not be using this clinic again

Fantastic experience: Best dog treats according to my two who would not eat or drink anything but then had a miraculous recovery for Iris and her treat jar

Negative experience: Found Iris arrogant, lacking in knowledge and unprofessional. She made no fuss of my puppy, virtually didn't even acknowledge her. Apparently simple manners such as "Good bye", aren't part of the hefty charge either.

Fantastic experience: Piano hill vets were our go to during covid. Out of loyalty, although not our closest vet, we have remained. They are so accommodating and take our animals health seriously and with passion

Negative experience: Really struggled with the unfriendly vibe in this place. Was only there because i had a voucher and this vet was the only place i could use it. Drove a long way. Receptionist was warm, gentle & very quiet, but genuinely lacking in communication skills though she did try. When I went to pick my pet up she didnt follow through on some questions that were very important regarding my pet, seemed to guess the answer. When I requested to chat with the vet herself the vet appeared in the doorway and stood there saying nothing like "I've fronted, what do you want?" No smile or introducing herself. In the awkwardness I had to ask "are you the vet?" then made my convo as light and smiling as possible to help her warm up abit. It worked a little. Was offered a pet cone twice if I needed it, giving me an impression it was a loan and I could pop it back to them in a few days, which I would gladly have done. When I said yes to it, they looked reluctant, then charged me for it. Had I known I was actually buying it I would have waited to see if it was vital, then purchased one from my local vet many miles away. The vibe was like they just dont enjoy people. Wont go back unless it turns out something is wrong with the outcome of my pets op. I regret going there, it did spoil my day a little.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and efficient people Good to our Tyson who can be a reactive to needles etc. Nails were clipped. Hip revisited with cortisone. Quote given for operation for hip etc. Once you know what to look, for entrance is fine from the main road. ( My daughter did tell me. )

Fantastic experience: Piano Hill Vets has been amazing saving our very accident prone Mare too many times with a amazing fast response in emergencys and great aftercare also cured our Cat after a long case of illness keeping our horses and pets all upto date with health care thank you Iris and her team. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: The doctor and staff at Piano Hill went above and beyond for my pet. They never hesitated to answer my million questions about her procedure, and called me after to let me know everything went well. When I picked her up, she wasn’t painful at all and there were no surprises when it came time to pay my bill. Thorough discharge instructions were given, and they even called the next day to check on her. You can’t find a more talented, reliable, and caring staff than Piano Hill. Thank you for taking such great care of my baby!
