Fantastic experience: Phenomenal service. Our normal vet couldnt see us for 2+ weeks. These guys, although busy themselves, managed to squeeze us in last minute. Highly recommend. A+++++

Negative experience: On the 24 spetember at 2.37pm i received a phone call from st kilda vets in dunedin from a woman named Jan yelling at me about my cat was missing in timaru for 3 months supposedly my cat wasn't missing she was fine at home apparently the cat that was in timaru had some chip number has my cat with same name has my cat i had take my wee cat to my vets check her chip number was right it was she wasn't missing at all all stress of take my wee cat to my vet that she went thew and the stress on me has well I did take her paper work into st kilda vets I had ask to speak to Jan who was so rude to me about my cat information that I had got just proof that she was fine at home here in mosgiel Jan wouldn't give any information on who rang about my cat missing or who the vet was in timaru Jan just cut me off and so I thought I would try vets life out here in mosgiel to get some help on why I got a call about my wee cat supposedly missing for 3 months the staff there just laughed at me though it was a big joke and I asked if the manager could ring has I wanted to how other cat had my cats chip information and if my wee cat was missing like that I would have rang my own vet and and gone on Facebook on site for missing pets in dunedin and I never stop looking for my wee cat she is my fur baby and today I got my daughter in law to ring vets life in mosgiel still we got know where with all this there is no information on how Jan got cell number has iam not a client of vets life at all has I had changed vet over 2 years ago iam still not happy with out come of all this

Fantastic experience: Vetlife Murrays is not our usual vet but when out 16 and a half year old dog went slowly downhill during the weekend we didn't want to wait to get to our own vetlife clinic on Monday and they were providing the weekend emergency cover - the vet was so compassionate and understanding, she gave us the time we needed to clarify our decision and say goodbye.

They also let us come in on New Year’s Eve for an emergency visit and I am so so grateful for their kindness and understanding. Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant, kind and caring staff. I had to take our dog baby into emergency at 10pm on the weekend. The lady was honest and sincere about our boy.( Like the worst news ever.) Yet he has managed to pull through the other side . Thank our angels , at least for now. The staff were extremely caring and understanding of my situation. I must say thankyou to you all for what you did for our boy. It's sincerely appreciated. Arohanui East seems to have pulled through so far he's all happy

Fantastic experience: As always, when I bring my wee Frankie dog in, EVERYONE at the clinic is sooooo nice and helpful!!! I recommend Melissa and her team, as the top dog groomers in Dunedin!!! Always putting the dogs at ease!!! At the finish a well groomed, happy content wee dog with a handmade bow tie or bandana around his collar, made by Melissa!!Can't ask for any better!!! Fantastic experience: I would like to share the Amazing Service we received from Vetlife Murray's. We had a 15 and a half year old Border Collie Sam. (He is on their Facebook page) for winning a toy actually) And (Sam on the gram) on Instagram!! At that grand old age He certainly had some health issues but had done very very well.. We knew that dreaded decision was virtually upon us but he went down very fast We had a vet organized to come up the next day to put the poor old fella to rest at home But he went down further very quickly and it would have been cruelty for him to go through and also heartbreaking for us to watch him struggle overnight. So my daughter tried to get hold of his vet but couldn't get anybody to speak to. We were getting so stressed. It was a wet, cold, miserable awful night.. So I called my little dogs vet. Vetlife Murray's... And to talk to a real person was just such a relief!! Kelly was absolutely amazing!! She said she would help us. And for that we are forever grateful Sam loved the car. So he went on his Very last cruise.. (The week before he had been to Kmart Invercargill ) So Kelly sedated him in the car. Then he was carried in and she suggested after she put the line in to bring my wee dog in to include her too I can't thank her enough for the Love, Kindness Care and Attention she showed to Sam.. And to us four adults all bawling our eyes out. And my wee dog Jesse watching on. Getting so close to him on the couch. Kelly was just so caring.. And kept saying not to rush.. To take as much time as we needed Kelly.. You made such an awful stressful time.. Very Special... Thankyou so very very much 10 + stars out of 5 Vetlife Murrays!! I Can't recommend them enough! Sam... You are missed so very very much xx

Fantastic experience: Best Vets to go to. From the friendly enthusiastic greeting when you arrive to the way they speak to the 'patients ' and their families, it's such a comforting place to go. I'm sure even the animals enjoy their visits.

Fantastic experience: I managed to get an appointment here within a few days after my call. The rooms were clean, organized and comfortable and the staff there were very caring, sensitive and also go the extra mile (literally in my case). I didn't have to wait long for them to diagnose my cat's problem and call me back with the test results and make a follow up appointment to treat her. I highly recommend this place

Negative experience: Have your prices gone up since selling out to vetlife? My usual pet laxative used to cost $35.00 now all of sudden it's $55.00? not impressed

Fantastic experience: Vets and staff are always welcoming and friendly. Also helpful for more boisterous dogs, you can sit in your car and wait to be called in rather than wrestling with your pup in the waiting room

Negative experience: Such a shame murrays sold up to vetlife, corporate price hikes has been the only change, hugely disappointing

Fantastic experience: The team at Vetlife Murrays are the best of the best. They made sure we understood every part of the treatment process, and all of the options available to us at each stage. They are a very compassionate team who show they really care about your pets. Unfortunately our dog was put to sleep after 2 days of treatment but I am truly grateful for the Vetlife Murrays team for making the process a lot easier than it could have otherwise been.

Fantastic experience: Excellent professional service from everyone that I dealt with in this vet clinic over about 7, years including at least 4 vets, more vet nurses and some administrative staff. Caring helpful and thorough, with excellent hours including some walk in clinics. Have even been after hours and they were great, very accessable. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic. Addendum: have been going to this clinic for about 10yrs now. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Recently a cat of mine was chased under a car. I was able to take him straight to Murray's where a vet and several nurses attended to him immediately. They were not able to save him, but I was with him patting him and trying to reassure him as they worked quickly to give him all the comfort and peace that they could. They were amazing and I felt so relieved to know he was in their care. The staff at Murray's are obviously passionate about their work and extremely professional. I am in my 40s, I've had pets my whole life: cats, dogs, rabbits and horses; Murray's Vet Clinic has been hands down my most trusted Vet.

That's huge considering how fearful my dog was when we first started going there. Incidently my dog was a rescue dog and took a lot of time and care to earn trust.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit here this morning, after not being able to get into a single Vet in Dunedin who are not taking new patients. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and efficient. Despite being 30min drive for me, i will be definitely staying with them. Very happy and confident in their ability to look after my furry mate.

This is one of the best veterinarians you take your furry babies to. One of the very best vet’s in Dunedin. Just so much warmth & kindness <3 After Green island vet really let my cat down. They were so cold. Now when I look back they a business for the money not animals. Just the money.
