Fantastic experience: The team have been so wonderful to my old man of a cat and I and have improved his quality of life immensely. They are so kind and knowledgable annd my cat has improved so much. Much love to the team

Negative experience: Initially had a positive experience taking in my elderly cat who was diagnosed with a brain tumor and prescribed a repeating script of steroids to prolong her life, however was profoundly offended when I was laughed at and had snarky comments made while going in to collect Her repeat which was rejected. I Understand the requirement of following procedure but the snark and belittlement I felt from the behavior of the vet nurse was unacceptable and unbefitting a place where loved family members are trusted in their final moments.

Positive experience: My old,Very sick, almost dead cat had to be put to sleep. Looked like she'd had a stroke. 5minutes tops, with the vet as she shaved the foreleg and put the "end of life" needle in. Didn't check the receipt until I got home, fairly upset times 2. $190.00.

Negative experience: There is an old male vet who constantly asks me to pick up my 35+ kg dog then gets snooty when I refuse. He won't do it either, weird how its okay for me to throw out my back picking up a heavy wriggling load but its out of the question for him. If you are too old to bend down to look at a dog, you are too old to be a vet. Completely unprofessional.

Negative experience: Negligent, resulting in the euthanasia of my dog. No empathy for my animal or myself.

Fantastic experience: Impeccable service after hours on a Friday night when our regular vet failed to return our several calls and another vet wouldn’t help us because our dog wasn’t treated by them before despite our other dog being regularly groomed there and had an operation there Great bedside manner at Mornington cannot praise them enough

Fantastic experience: Really easy to get smokey in last minute when he got sick my partner went in not me, there is a one person per pet restriction because of covid which does suck but i understand. Also reasonable pricing considering we didn't have pet insurance and the staff are also amazing ☺️

Positive experience: I got a dog three months ago and took it there for a checkup. Gave me a good report as to what it needed and was booked in to get a couple jobs done. Very happy with the results and the account is on par with most vets. Staff great and really caring about your pet. They let you know how things are going and tell you to give them a call anytime if you ate concerned about anything.

Negative experience: No problem with the work they done on my cats leg, vet told my partner to come back in a week so we left and the lady at counter looked at me but said nothing so figured it wasn't necessary to pay at the time. (otherwise you would expect them to say so) then get an email later saying we left without paying and charged us extra for it. Very unprofessional. Instead of starting at me like a Muppet maybe open your gob and say something like excuse me you need to pay!

Negative experience: The vet was lovely to our kittens, lovely natured lady and very kind. However, the person out the front of the clinic ruined our experience. Was not friendly at all, wouldn’t discuss our payment options afterwas and said it was our responsibility to let them know if we needed payment options because in that case they would turn us away. However my flatmate, who was with me, had already set up a payment option with them during his visit with his dog and she interrupted us trying to explain this to her the entire time. Called to book in more vaccinations for the kittens’ second doses as I was told to do and was interrupted twice very coldly and aggressively, told to call closer to the time as it’s inconvenient for them and then hung up on me! If it wasn’t for the lovely vet lady we would be going somewhere else. Needs better and more friendly service. Very intimidating and rude way to treat people trying to get the best care for their beloved pets. Disappointing.

Negative experience: Cost us more than the original quote. Didn't have any of our personal details correct. Wrong address, ph number, our name, our dogs name. Charged us for sending invoice to wrong address. Abysmal service. Their sister vet in St Kilda never treat us like that.

Negative experience: Most awful experience when we had our 15 year old cat put to sleep. Ian was a cold hearted vet who only cared about how we were going to pay and rushed through the whole procees like he couldn't wait to get it over and done with. Wont be going back there again

Negative experience: Went to put my older dog to sleep, the vet injected the drug into her catheter but it wasn't in her vein and my dog screamed in pain. The vet said well have to put another catheter in. She came back about 10 minutes later with the new drug ready to put in the catheter, but in the meantime the vet nurses hadn't inserted a new catheter. My dog was in pain and extreme distress for 30 minutes.avoid this vet like the plaque. It was traumatic for my much loved dog and me. A.much loved pet had to endure that in her last fays
