Fantastic experience: Staff are really friendly. The vets genuinely care about the animals and don’t try to rob you like some clinics do lol. Both my cats go there for their annual health checks and vaccinations. Recently just brought my tabby there bc he had diarrhoea. The vet was really nice and responsible and explained everything very clearly.

Negative experience: After going to Helensburgh vets for a while & finding then great to deal with & with my animals in the past- I tried to rejoin this vets after short time away only to be told several times over last 2 years that they were not taking on any new clients, someone I know has recently joined his kitten up there & hasn't been to this vet before, so much for not taking on new clients, I would like to enrole my kitten there but the lady at reception was cold & said no & same reason again, is my money, or myself, or my animal family member not good enough as clearly you are taking on more clients.???,

Fantastic experience: I found Lucy and Michelle most helpful and caring, with a life threatening experience I had with my beautiful wee cat he was in a dog fight . I also was very traumatised and they helped me ease the tears . I was in constant contact the following day and eventually within a week I could take my beloved cat home . He has been a completely normal cat catching birds etc , I can’t thank the team enough and I would give them a score of 12/10

Positive experience: Staff at reception, seemed somewhat confused, and standoffish. You need to speak clearly too them . Guess they haven't spoken to many Australians. After hours fee's for taking a pet for a consultation is $200, so I was told. Going to the after hours doctors in the city is only $100 after hours for a human being. Like a explanation, why so much, if I need to take my cat, for a after hours consultation. Maybe they park up their Rolls Royce, when doing after hours consultations, lol

Fantastic experience: They are not our usual vet. But our vet had emergency surgery and can't see us. Our cat was injured. Vets on balmac was kindly accept us and our cat. They were so professional, kind, helpful. Very knowledgeable and really kind to our cat. Thank you so much Vets on Balmac for taking care our cat.

They were amazing and did everything that they could to help him but he was too far gone thank you for all that you did and the dignity that you gave him in his last moments truly appreciated

The staff are all amazing and bursting with kindness and empathy, we are so fortunate to have such a caring team look after our family. Our past family members: Tiga, Rose, Sam, Sally, Fritz, Georgia, Toby, and most recently Frank., and our current babies Tyche, Sophie, Ted and Ed.
