From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The veterinarian was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which gave me complete confidence in the care provided. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. My pet was treated with kindness and patience, making what could have been a difficult visit much more comfortable. I highly recommend VetCare to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care. Exceptional service, caring staff, and excellent treatment—10/10!

Fantastic experience: Vetcare service is very good, we manage to get appointments on the day or next. Lulu doesn’t mind going to the vet clinic as there is always a treat waiting for her. They are efficient and provide timely reminders to ensure our pet remains healthy and well. They provide a discount if you have a Gold card.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Moffat Road Tauranga Vetcare are so incredibly down to earth. I was supplied a variety of options regarding medical care for our cat, based around affordability and personal preference. Then, without prompting, they went above and beyond to assist me with support regarding superfluous food that I now had on hand unnecessarily (no benefit for them to have done that for me whatsoever). It's always encouraging to have these types of experiences. The staff are definitely an awesome team of people. We're super grateful! xx

Fantastic experience: Saw a vet named Sharon. She was so informative and caring with our cat. She said their was a possibility of 3 conditions with our cat but she would wait for the blood test. The result came back with exactly what she thought the issue was. She had called us quickly to make sure Bruce had her medication for the weekend. The receptionist staff are so sweet and kind as I also requested vaccinations for my reactive dog.

Fantastic experience: I have a very aggressive cat who does not like going to the Vet. VetCare Bethlehem managed to get everything done (vax, nail clip, flea treatment) quickly and without any fuss. I was very impressed.

Fantastic experience: After our poor cat was seen overnight at the after hours emergency clinic, Cameron road Tga,where they attended to a badly damaged knee joint, Marcus at BVC provided us with options and a treatment plan that will have Eli back on 4 feet in a couple of months, instead of him loosing his leg. I think for the level of care and treatment provided they represent good value, the surgical treatment they have provided will let the cat enjoy many more active years .

They really went the extra mile to ensure my nervous senior dog got thru his dental appointment & was allowed home as soon as he was awake so his stress levels weren't too bad. Negative experience: I made an appointment for my dog and arrived on time. They made me wait for an hour, when other visitors who arrived after me were taken and served. Receptionists didn't provide any explanations and the doctor said "YOU CAN CHANGE THE PRACTICE IF NOT HAPPY, THIS IS YOUR RIGHT." How good is that? I do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Vetcare Bethlehem. Both my fur kids get seen by the lovely vets at Vetcare, and the both have a love/hate relationship with it (get stung by the nasty thing/the tasty treats). I cannot stress this enough, how wonderful the team is from bookings with the excellent young ladies at the counter, or the awesome veterinary staff throughout the establishment. 5+ stars.

Positive experience: Great, welcoming and understanding front of counter staff. Vet's are professional and caring however the service we received in needing to put our cat to sleep was not, in my opinion, up to spec. Was quite upsetting and disappointing (over and above the normal trauma of needing to do this). We received in the mail a beautiful hand written card of sympathy that was a very nice touch.

Negative experience: Just keeping it short: Like: 1) Great reception services at vet care hospital and on call - they really listen and answer politely. 2) Katty Johnson - what an amazing person she is!! Her dedication/love to treat/help pets with being non judgmental to pet parents. Dislikes: 1) Racist comments from vets- those were their poor knowledge about our lifestyle and our nation. And, it is offensive because it included my puppy. 2) Many visits to different vets with my puppy's same health issue - And finally, tests been done. Relief af 3) long consultations time and then fees, each visit costed me about 80 bucks
