Fantastic experience: Thankyou Bayfair vets for being so loving and caring and checking out what was potentially wrong with my dog.

Fantastic experience: Our pup ingested some compost and was very sick. It was a Saturday and luckily Vet was open until 3 pm and provided support until the emergency vet opened. The service was prompt and she was given an antidote asap which was a relief! Thanks so much:)

Fantastic experience: Bayfair vets are so awesome! Every single interaction I have with the staff there is amazing, from the front desk to the vet nurses and the vets, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I had to go in on quite a few occasions last year because my boy had a broken tail that had to be amputated and they were so caring and kind throughout the whole experience. Today I went in for a grass seed incident and the same amazing experience, everyone is so lovely and take the time to explain everything in detail and provide the best care for my boy! Highly recommend Bayfair vets.

Fantastic experience: I've just taken my elderly cat in for a sad euthanasia - he was ready, I would never be, but facing serious illness myself. The vet was kind and friendly, ensured my boy was sedated and he went so peacefully. Dealt with the paperwork and bill first so I could leave immediately. It was a very simple process.

Fantastic experience: I took my wee pomeranian called peewee there for 1st time very impressed with staff and vet peewee got a treat when we arrived vet was 11/10 , mature lady at counter 11/10 I fully recommend these guys to every pet owner Front the bottom of my heart I totally thank you. Definitely 5 stars form peewee I took my wee white pomeranian today for a recheck as directed...young male vet was great explaining everything took more swabs and gave peewee the thumbs up..mature lady an arrived was great even after peewee consultation she was amazing...top marks to the team....I'm pressed

Fantastic experience: Lovely team at the vets . Bring our boy Stitch in for nail trims . He gets abit to excited sometimes and pees all over the floor .. Their best for pet memberships are totally worth it , definitely recommend to family and friends .

Fantastic experience: I've been taking my 2 cats here for at least 3 years. They've always been so lovely, helpful and reassuring when you're worried about your pets. They also listen to your concerns and have a good range of worming, flea treatments and food options.

Negative experience: Don't go here. I asked them to take a look at my Guinea pig, they said "We don't do rodents." If I could give them no stars I would. What kind of vets denies to look at a Guinea pig, a common household pet. Absolutely disgusting.

Negative experience: Wish I could put 0 stars. Rude and overpriced. Please research other vets before going here. Wish I never did. - Will add on hidden fees which were not communicated and disclosed.

Negative experience: I was informed the Vet would give me a print out of my visit for insurance purposes. No correspondence after 1 week. I didn't feel the Vet listened to me. They did all the talking. Up until the present time have always seen someone Competent and reassuring.
