Negative experience: Privacy laws for a puppy. That I saved making sure it’s ok… can’t tell me, crazy.

Positive experience: Disappointing that they are not opening on Saturdays anymore (says six days when you google but actually only 5 days) , not very customer focused Imo, I guess things change when a business sells. May need to look for a new practice.

Negative experience: Dropped my cat Vada off to get her cast changed because it was wet picked her up just before and she was dripping wet her own piss and her cast is soaked as well even wetter than when I took her in, nicely done

Fantastic experience: Keith is truly animal centred and works from the heart. Animal first and the finance second. His professional care over the last 20 years has been second to none. I have at times had no choice in emergency situations but to see other local vets and find them to be a business, generating money, more than animal welfare. For example after a broken nail visit to fix at a local vet, she was trying to insist on xrays for a 16 year old dog , when Keith had advised at check up 2 months earlier, she had a lot going on around her heart but since eating and playing very happily, just to know her time left was borrowed time. The other vets clinic tried to make me feel like an irresponsible owner for not subjecting her to unnecessary and dangerous tests that could kill her! I had to be very assertive! Angel passed peacefully a few months later after playing happily and pain free ✨️ We have had many pets cared for to the highest level from Keith. Always well informed of options and treated like family. I would not recommend anyone else for dogs and cats care. Keith is the man to see.

Very thorough and professional. Recently just got a black German shepherd puppy and didn’t hesitate to take him in there to get checked out also very reasonable charges

Fantastic experience: One of the top 2 vets we've ever used. Keith is knowledgeable, sympathetic and a genuinely nice guy. He cares not just for your pets, but tries to make care affordable. Compared to the rip off vets we used before, Cameron Road vets are angels.

Fantastic experience: Cameron Road Vets are just the best, they really do care about our fury family members, we had a 9 month old Shih Tzu x Maltese who was not well at all, not eating for several days & losing weight fast, Keith put her on a course & we had to syringe feed her to get food into her stomach, we even got ph calls morning & night on the weekend to check up on her, talk about top service.. if you are looking for a vet for your furies, dont waste your time looking anywhere else.. (our pooch came through all well & good 100%)

Negative experience: I have had Cameron vet my preferred veterinary clinic for many years. I had my dogs teeth cleaned at the end of jun24, because her breath was not so good. She had a tooth pulled during this clean, $361. Her breath continued to be a problem although slightly better. At end of September her breath was appalling and disgusting. Smelt like something rotten. I took her to Keith, CRV, who assured me there was nothing wrong with her teeth. I suggest it must be a stomach issue then. A few days later I have taken her back to Keith as she was so bad. He did another check of her teeth, still reassuring me they were not bad. I insisted he had another look. I left my dog at the clinic for the day so he could clean them again. I picked up my dog after 6 hours to find she had had 3 rotten teeth removed. $589. This cost would have been ok if I hadn’t already had treatment for her teeth and had two visits to encourage Keith to relook at the dental side. As Keith has always been amazing with my dogs I was really disappointed in the dramas and cost with this problem.

Fantastic experience: We were recommended this vet clinic after being charged exorbitant amounts at our local clinic. I was so impressed by Keith and the team when we took our cat there. Easy to deal with, friendly and caring and they don't charge an arm and a leg! I only wish we'd known about this place sooner!

Negative experience: Not good at all and I think you already know why feel like taking you to fair go to be honest

Fantastic experience: I was very concerned about my troublesome cat, the vet nurses were super kind and understanding on the phone. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Keith was very helpful and assuring. I left feeling very supported and my cat is doing much better already!

We have used these vets since I was a child with family pets, and now I continue to use them with my own pets in my adulthood. The vet nurses are always lovely, knowledgeable and accommodating. Keith will 100% always provide the best care for your fur baby and go above and beyond. Could not recommend these guys more!

After having a "rather large" benign lipoma removed... which she was nervous about, she now feels like a new dog, fast healing, and she shows everyone her latest sprints to prove it! They are always very friendly, caring and passionate about their work and the animals they care for. My dog has been so well looked after for her eleven years, but sadly, had to be euthanised a couple of weeks ago. The care and compassion was wonderful....thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Keith was absolutely amazing! We had to do an emergency call on a Saturday night and with no hesitation whatsoever Keith met us at the clinic and examined our cat. Surgery on the Monday and then she was home on the Tuesday. Keith fully explained in depth everything wrong and what he had done in the surgery and how to look after her. Price was so affordable! Have no hesitation to reccomend Keith and his team! Will definitely bring her back when needed!
