Fantastic experience: Best vet i have ever been to looked after my gwhp till the day he died even came to our house the morning Gus died and organised the cremation hold John and Heather in high esteem

Negative experience: Not too sure what to say Except our girl was in severe pain and died less than 24hrs later She shouldn’t had to have suffered

Fantastic experience: I foster puppies for rescues, and Heather and John and their vet nurse have always been exceptionally friendly, caring and professional, with all of my dealings with them. Some of the pups have been badly abused and are timid and fearful of ppl, and while John may not say alot, he certainly has heart with them. John doesn't fawn all over them like many other Vets do, but he definately has a way with them without the need for words, that makes them feel safe very quickly. It's actually very impressive and humbling to watch. Heather and their amazing vet nurse are always happy to help with the pups both to and from the car, they're well presented, informative and just downright lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heather, John and the team to anyone wanting high quality vet and animal care for their furkids.

Negative experience: Will not be going back even to buy flea treatment. Our very loved cat became very ill over nignt. Took her in to ashhurst vet (without a booking because it was an emergency) where I felt like a total inconvenience to his day. I was told he wasn't sure when he would get to her due to the fact he had "lots of spading to do". Absolutely no compassion. He picked my cat up under the arms (back legs hanging down and put her in a cage out back. I went back 10 minutes later and decided to pick my cat back up because after ringing Cahill's for advice, they wanted to see her straight away. If we had left her with valley vets she would have died suffering while waiting in cage. She ended up being put to sleep 20 minutes later because she was in so much pain with internal bleeding and had moments to live. thank goodness for cahill's.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking. Female cat was desexed here. I went in, they didn't even what cat I was picking up, so I went and found her. That was it, no information on how to care for her or how she had been, just hi and bye. Not even a smile. Then I take her home and realize she hasn't even got a cone on, bleeding stitches, twitching, shaking and crying. Absolutely shocking. This is inhumane.

Fantastic experience: Found Valley Vets to be very helpful and friendly. Vaccinated both my dogs at quick notice and prescribed medication for one of them for an ailment. Pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely be using again.

Negative experience: By the sounds of all other feedback I got him on a bad day.. picked up my kitten ( who is a male) and told me he was a female despite the same vet neutered him less than a week proir.. communication with what was going on was pretty shocking, thankfully the vet nurse answered not of my questions. Hopefully everyone else has a better consultation than I Did, but I'm afraid I won't be back.
