Fantastic experience: A very positive visit to the Vet today for wee Mango, our cat. She is a beautiful little girl who loves her family dearly but is very timid and distrustful of strangers. As we are new to the district this was a real first for her. However, the vets were so gentle and understanding and everything went well. She was given a thorough examination and even mundane tasks like a flea treatment, worming and claw trimming went without incident. As well, the Vets have signalled a particular concern for kidney disease, judging by the seemingly enlarged pupils Mango displayed. Hopefully, this will be resolved when we return in ten days for further investigation, following the results of the blood tests and another peek at what we have always considered her gorgeous big eyes!

Fantastic experience: Well....it has to be one of the saddest days to put down our beloved cat that our family has loved for the last 14 years. Central Pets put me to the front of the line that morning and I 'm talking about 8:30am after showing up at around 8am telling them I needed them to see my cat because there was something wrong with my cat. So I rushed home to get my cat came back and was seen to pretty much immediately. The vet nurse/lady was bloody lovely and helpful and let me know what the alternatives were for me . I chose and she was very supportive of my decision. She even helped with the paperwork as I had left my glasses at home and I got through that part with her reading and pointing out what I needed.A huge hi-5 to Central Vets for their thoughtfulness and support through this sad ordeal. Tank you all!

Fantastic experience: The team at Central Vets are true animal lovers. The clinic environment is always calm, clean and never chaotic—which makes a huge difference for anxious pets. I’ve called them multiple times for phone advice regarding minor concerns, and they are always happy to help. My dog lives for the 'good boy' treats they keep on hand! I also really appreciate their transparency with costs and their awesome payment options, which makes it easier to provide the best care possible. I adopted a kitten 9 years ago from them and then a week later a 14 year old cat who needed a home. I was fortunate to have Garry until aged 19 when he crossed the rainbow bridge. Jasmine is still going strong at age 9. These guys genuinely care about your animal. Very lucky to have found them

Fantastic experience: The service at Central Vets is amazing. I phoned first thing for an urgent appointment for our sick cat. They fit us in straight away, and Taylor was super informative and helpful during the initial appointment. Unfortunately, it wasn't good news and we had to say goodbye. Again, Taylor and the team were so supportive and respectful. We got our cat cremated and appreciated the additional touches when we collected his ashes. The communication throughout was top notch and we appreciated the compassion shown. I would 100% recommend Central Vets.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to the whole team at Central Vets. Over the 8 years we have lived in Palmy and Rego's numerous visits and overnight stays (due to losing scraps and latterly sickness) the team has always been professional and treated us and our cat with kindness. Yesterday I collected Rego's ashes and was overwhelmed by the kindness shown. Along with the ashes were cards with his paw prints and nose print along with some of his fur encased in a key ring along with a beautifully written card. I can't thank you enough for this thoughtfulness and your service over the years - Rego's Mum

Fantastic experience: We have been to Central Vets since we have our girl Emma. From our first visit to get her vaccination done, then desex and recovery etc, teams are professional. No matter the receptionist or vets they are very lovely and very helpful for providing information, services and follow up. Took her to do the hygiene couple months back and gosh was a great job the team has done! Emma was great before even doing microchip, but after one night of emergency vet treatment at Massey, she turns to a little devil for future vet visits. However, I always want to say a big thank you to Central vets team on handling crazy Emma. The treatment the suggestion are just right to listen. She is now 4 and half, health from her blood test (again such a great job getting it done while Emma is out of patience) We wish Central vets all the best and thank you for your services! ❤️

The for very informative, made sure the puppies were both well before leaving and followed up on them the next day. The price was really really good to, which was handy when getting two done at once

Followed up the next day with a phone call to ask how Ruby was doing. We had a very fast Improvement and we're very happy with our experience at central vets.

The beautiful caring thoughtful vet lady,(sorry can't remember your name, but will never forget you) was amazing, she was very supportive, very caring, and couldn't have asked for more in all she did for us and giving our beloved family member a painless send off.
