Fantastic experience: Had my dogs urgent teeth surgery done yesterday. Despite being a Levin patient the ladies were amazing, letting me stay with him right till he was out of it, as he was so anxious. So kind, caring and explained everything. Highly recommend %

Fantastic experience: Wonderful small animal vet- Susie- my dog loves her (and all the treats she has). I find her caring and prompt with results. Sometimes reception can be a little slow to get out and talk to you but what can you do.

Fantastic experience: Today I said goodbye to my beautiful cat of 13 years, it being a hard time for me and my family the vets and all staff there were very compassionate and patient with us and talked through all the information we needed taking their time allowing us to ask questions or just cry between. While putting my cat to sleep vets were very gentle with him and showed the up most respect for him. I would highly recommend Totally Vets if you’re looking for someone to care for your best pals!

Fantastic experience: We unfortunately had to do one of the hardest things a pet owner can do and say goodbye to a much loved family member.. The staff could not have been more professional and caring... They handled us with the upmost respect and understanding and even though they were dealing with a horrible situation they were nothing but professional.

Negative experience: Still waiting (been a week) to get an answer why you can owe money and never get statements place is too big for its processes

Negative experience: I rang them them for an emergency appointment to save my cat who was laying on his side and having trouble breathing. They straight up said that they're "not equipped to deal with that kind of thing" and they refused to help. What kind of vet aren't equipped to help a dying cat? I had to find a different vet who told me that if I had got him in 30 minutes sooner, they would have been able to save him. But because I wasted that time with these guys, my cat did not have enough time and died at the vet. Do NOT bring your pets here. They are not professional and their actions cost my cat his life. They're a complete waste of time, unprofessional and cant handle animals who are very sick. This is your warning, if you want to help your pet, do NOT bring them here.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to have my beloved Rocky PhatKat put to forever sleep. Julia (vet) was a mountain of knowledge and able to give me an informed decision in a reasonable timeframe with only a little help from Craig (ophthalmologist). Jess R (nurse) assisted and was also amazing, as always. Very respectful during the process and let me take all the time I needed before letting him go. I even saw Jess scoop him up in her arms so carefully as I was leaving. No easy task for such a big boy. Beautiful to know that Rocky was looked after, even after he had gone, in a way I would want him to be. Thank you team, I really appreciate it and I can never thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: Had to had my elderly cat put to sleep and requested that the vet did a house call as it would have been to traumatic to take him in, the two ladies that came were really lovely, really professional and efficient, was super impressed with the whole experience from the initial phone booking to the visit. Positive experience: Came to our house to put our beloved dog to sleep, miss communications from reception about cremation options we picked, ended up paying more than we needed too, but the vet himself was very respectful and gave us all the time needed b4 loading her up.
