Fantastic experience: Fabulous service. Our regular vet was unavailable but we were given a list of alternatives, all of whom were unavailable except this clinic which was able to squeeze us in for an early evening appointment before the long weekend. Such a relief! Front counter service was welcoming and personable. And Dr Laura was exceptional with our dog, including the care and attention in diagnosis, her recommendations for next steps, and her follow-up as promised. And the bill didn’t blow the budget! All in all, a positive experience. We have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others. Thanks team!

Negative experience: While the staff and care for my cat were good, the charging I experienced today was extremely disappointing. My cat was under anaesthetic for dental examinations and teeth cleaning (which cost $988) and I was quoted between $750 and $1100 to have 3 teeth removed during the procedure. That is an excessive amount for just 3 teeth while the cat was already under. Now the cat has to undergo another procedure to have these teeth removed at another time. And I was quoted $1200 to $2200 to have the teeth removed at a different time. If the 3 teeth could have been removed at a reasonable charge that would have delivered good care to my cat. Instead I’m left with looking for another vet that I can trust to care at a reasonable cost.

Their staff are lovely, Dr.Maddie is wonderful and you can very easily tell they care about all the animals they see. Afterpay has made it much easier to afford vet visits when needed so thank you for having that as a payment option too. Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my fur babies to this vet practice since I was a little girl accompanying my parents. It holds so many memories for me over my lifetime. The staff are always so kind to the animals and just as lovely to their “hoomans”. If I wanted a more close by vet I could easily go elsewhere but I choose to always remain loyal to this practice and travel the distance. I always receive reminders when my doggo is due her annual vaccines, reminders of appointments both in email and text and the booking online function is a real plus. Saves waiting on the phone or holding up the staff with my call when they are busy helping the critters. Our fur babies health and happiness is just as important as ours, I highly recommend you choose this practice for all your veterinary needs. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Amazing vets! Our wee Jack Russell unfortunately got a nasty cut and the awesome vet saw her on her lunch break and stapled her up. We had the best experience in what was a very stressful time and couldn’t be more thankful. We weren’t originally patients of the clinics before the accident but changed all our animals over after how fantastic they were!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful clinic - they went above and beyond when my cat had a serious condition and came very close to dying. I’ve used this vet for years and will continue to do so.

Negative experience: My cats have been at this vet for the past few years. The service has always very good but yesterday I rang to get a price to vaccinate per cat and was told $75 over the phone. I took my 1st cat in, she got vaccinated and when I went to pay was charged $103! They acknowledged they had told me $75 over the phone but said because it was a verbal price and not a written quote that they still insisted on the $103! So I paid it, and today registered my cats at a different vet not far from them and the same vaccination is only $69. Ring around different vets for prices and get everything in writing beforehand, otherwise they can change it and charge what they like afterwards!

Fantastic experience: Love the team at Aldwins vet clinic. They have looked after our dogs so well. Always tell you how much things are likely to cost before they get going. Payment options are great too.

Fantastic experience: I was tired of some of the surly/indifferent staff at our previous vets so I tried Aldwins Road Vet Clinic. It was the best move. The staff are always very welcoming and kind. We feel like valued clients, and they love our wee Betty. Vets, Dr Elora and Dr Maddie are skilful, confident and very experienced vets.

Negative experience: We have had atrocious service from these people. They are all about money. We were requested to go in for yet another blood test for our terminal dog and because we left with paying yet another bill for the test of over $300. They have refused to give us the results of the test. We have spent hundreds of dollars in the lastcweeknor so, they wanted the test then slapped us with another huge bill. There is no care re our dying boy it's just about money. Disgusting!

Fantastic experience: The team took amazing care of my dog. I felt very reassured that she was in such capable and caring hands. I was kept up to date throughout the day how the surgery was going and again after it was over. I am very grateful that my treasured dog was cared for by you all. Thank you!

Negative experience: Quoted $690.01c to home euthanise our dog, someone else (vet2u) charged us $240 and did a fantastic job. Confirmed my view that the only time we had used them the blood test bill had been excessive.

Fantastic experience: We had a very sad occasion to be there yesterday, Sox our cat had been going down hill so we were there to put to sleep, to give him peace. Everyone was exceptionally helpful, we were put in a room to say goodbye and given plenty of time to morn, he was placed nicely in box we provided and given Al the respect he deserved.
