Fantastic experience: Been to this place 3x to have 2kittens desexed and my healthy girl booty had to be put down due to a health issue and she suddenly looked very elderly. The service i received was excellent the love and care these people have when you leave you're furry kids with strangers they respect their customers as much as we respect them i gave them 5stars because they deserve to be noticed like anyone else who works hard.

Fantastic experience: The people here and the vets are so friendly and helpful, they have a wonderful way with animals. My dog is particularly anxious and they are really patient with him and help with tricks to help calm him.

Negative experience: They don't have enough staff on the front counter. Went to pick up a prescription, waited ages, no acknowledgement that was there so left. One staff member on the phone to a customer, management - you need another person there, not just one person

Fantastic experience: I really was so impressed and thankful for the service at this vet clinic this morning. Our cat had an injury, and despite not having an appointment, they slotted him right in and did an assessment and treatment right away. It was really quick but thorough service, their team was so friendly and helpful and our cat was home within about 2 hours of us realising he was hurt. I am so grateful and I am sure that Mr Timmy (the cat) is also grateful! Thank you so so much!!

Fantastic experience: Always had a great experience with the Animates Clinic in Miramar. I have used them for our elderly cat, kittens, and on many different occasions and the staff and service were consistent and great. I've also used them as a store and product range and quality have also been high.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but amazing things to say, this vet and their partnering vets in Kaiwharawhara are brilliant at what they do! I’ve had a 4 day hell experience when my perky happy dog was not herself, not for a second did I question that these vets care as much as I do. I had the wonderful Johno from Kai vets act invested from the get go, i don’t even think he was working on the days but still checked in on Kuma and gave excellent advice. I’m eternally grateful for this. I felt so supported the entire time. For people with incredibly difficult jobs these people have shown outstanding patience and empathy. Could not be more appreciative to both of these teams and wish I could mention everyone personally

Negative experience: Took my cat to her appointment and they did not want to see her because we were 5 min late. Pets should be treated like humans. I work in the health area and we never cancel an appointment for being just 5 min late. Took my cat 2 times previously and they did not allowed me to see what they were doing to her. They put staple in an open wound which fell off 1 hr after arriving home. You discourage people from taking pets to the vet. Not good! Horrible service!!!

Negative experience: Took my dog there twice roughly spent 400 dollars and the dog's condition is getting worse each time. Feels like they just doing trial and error as they never tried to examine more than one thing per visit, to keep you coming. Big waste of money from my experience, never again.

Fantastic experience: Nearly perfect, have shifted the groomer team to Kilbirnie due to staff shifting to Auckland. Vets are brilliant with our dog, and quickly get them back to health. As this is part of a chain of vets, you can get care all week around town and the after-hours is excellent in ngaranga.
