Fantastic experience: Lovely vet clinic. I had a scare with my cat over the weekend but really struggled to get her into a carrier to bring her to the vet and so was panicking - the staff were so patient in helping me manage things and dealing with my numerous phone calls.

Fantastic experience: Had our eight old Lab to Central Vets for annual inoculations today. Very impressed with Emily who proceeded to give our Piper‍ a “once over” and explained in detail Piper’s health indicators. We have had three visits to CVs and all vets were magic. Our 7 year old cat needed an urgent complex dental procedure, we weren't previous clients, and they responded and assisted us extraordinarily in no time. Pancho was treated with excellent care and love, and he's recoverying super well. He is a happy grateful cat! I love how calm their waiting room is, everyone is super friendly and the vet I saw was thoughtful, knowledgeable and gave me some great tips on supporting my cats wellbeing without breaking the bank. High recommended.

Negative experience: I am not happy with the care my cat received at this clinic and feel I was judged on my appearance as a pet owner. I was let go as a client as a result of various conflicts. However, I feel they upheld professionalism throughout that process and the team as a whole are reasonably friendly.

Fantastic experience: Our cat Snor recently had three teeth extracted and a nasty abscess on his mouth dealt with by surgery. Brooklyn vet was awesome and we totally trust their abilities with our cat. He’s 18 years old and doing very well after this recent issue. Brooklyn vets are the best thank you for your care and kindness to Snor.

Fantastic experience: The team are amazing. Both our cats have received treatment and the team has been nothing but kind and accomodating.

Fantastic experience: Central Vet saved our sons life. Baxter our sweet boy became very ill one night. We rushed him to the vet hospital (afterhours) where he stayed over night then took him to central vet as soon as they opened. They admitted him, took every test possible and it came back he had a very serious gastro infection which travelled to his pancreas. He spent 4 nights in their isolation area under 24hr care. It was so hard on my partner and I, we were at a complete loss and Central Vet kept at ease with their care, love and support. It was touch and go there but they managed to support him in making a full recovery. They updated us multiple times throughout the day, allowed us to visit him and supported us when we cried. He is now home, healthy and happy. We owe them so much but I thought I’d start here by recommending them far and wide.

Fantastic experience: The NICEST most accommodating vet clinic. We have been coming for over 5 years and they have never let us down. We routinely see Dr Aaron who is amazing, but we have also seen Matt, Kerry and Nick and always had fantastic care. The Nurses are also very caring and helpful and always love on your fur-babies the way you do yourself. We have moved away from the area but continue to make the trips for the above reasons. Fantastic experience: Central Vet Hospital is amazing, We take a our 2 dogs to Dr Nick, he is wonderful with them. Nick talks to the dogs and they love him because he gives them treats. They have even figured out where the treats are and go straight to them when going in. They even have Liz on taost as she gives them treats while they are waiting. One of our dogs is a barker when going to the vet but Nick and the staff don't make us feel uneasy about it, they jus take it in their stride. Such an amazing place to take your animals and reasonally priced. Great place to go.

Negative experience: Some vets are good at this clinic but overall i have sometimes received verbal inconsistant information and someof the vets are hesitant to get their hands dirty with a thorough exam. Feel its more about money than good service. This was the second visit for the same issue. I had paid two large amounts for the same issue. I was let down with receiving results that i was assured 3 times i would receive later in the day. The vet went home and didnt contacted me. I asked if the results had come in and yes they had and if i could receive the results from another vet later when it was convenient at the end of the day. A worker at the vet said she couldnt make sure that would happen and she wasnt honest how the conversation went when in fact i was on a cell phone speaker (which is loud) i was assertive and insistant i did not yell. I was dissappointed and felt they could have done better and put right a wrong. The owner did contact me later with the results but didnt apologise. A mature honest excellent customer service conversation would have been nice. Theres nothing wrong with a mistake but you put it right. As there had been other niggles i have encountered previously from this clinic I have now gone to another vet

Also have cattery upstairs which we have used a few times which was very convenient. There are 2 parks directly outside the vet and then another 2 in the larger parking area behind.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, great service. My dog started peeing blood mid Saturday. Normally this would mean an emergency vet. But Central Vets were open all weekend. They did all the tests onsite, were very thorough and genuinely nice. Doggo is all better now. Thanks Central Vets! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have been taking Tucker for all his kitty needs here for the past 3-4 years and they have always been super accomodating and quick to book him in for an appointment - checkups and general care, teeth and cyst removal. Lovely team and I always know Tucker will be well looked after!
