Fantastic experience: This is our base clinic and we love the staff here, they always take the best care of our pets.

Negative experience: During a consultation the vet advised estimated costs off $780 with Best for Pets discounts to be applied if any, as a worse case scenario. This was signed by myself to enable blood tests etc to be done for my dog. A few days later, we were hit with a bill of $1,500. There was no pre warning, nothing. You can imagine how annoyed I was.

Fantastic experience: They took amazing care of my girl Duchess when she was sick, were knowledgeable about what she needed, gentle when handling her and very accommodating with my needs. They have also given me the information I needed to care for my new cat. Have had absolutely no problems with them and will stay with them in future.

Positive experience: I took my pet into have her vaccination yesterday, and the vet was very nice, and friendly, and made my pet feel relaxed. But the one thing that I did not appreciate, was when something minor was found wrong with my pet, suddenly I had all these words thrown at me, on how to solve the problem, and the amount it would cost. I was not very impressed to say the least. I know that the vet was doing her job, but I felt like I was being put on a guilt trip, and really the decision was mine to decide where to go from there, not hers. My pet's welfare is very important to me, but not everyone can afford $500, to get their pet's teeth cleaned. I'm now deciding whether to return to the Pet Doctors or whether to find another animal clinic.
